Documents and Settings, drill down to your username and you'll find most of
your everyday Windows folders in there. A search (Winkey+f) of your C-Drive
would have located it.

If new to XP, you might find it handy to put a shortcut to your personal
user folder onto your Desktop---at least until you are used to everything
running smoothly. Then you'll have easy access to Startups, Sendto,
Favourites, etc.
