When I needed to send group messages to my students, they did need to be
customized to include individual information such as username and password
to access some class material. I would generate a batch file using Access or
by manually creating it with a text editor. Then I would use the command
line options for the address, subject, and body to send the mail. I used
Pegasus Mail for my work, but OE and Outlook apparently have similar command
line options.
