Try a registry restore, if you have registry backups.

Otherwise try a System Restore.

Does this happen after rebooting? All the time, or only sometimes?

Presumably you've reinstalled Firefox. Did you uninstall the previous 
version before installing the new one?  That's important, to avoid carrying 
over any registry errors to the new version.

If not, uninstall fully, use a registry cleaner, then reinstall.
