Linda,

I use Grisoft's AVG (Free edition) with the free edition of Zone Alarm
(ver. 2.6.362) and have no problems. And AVG has caught several (all?)
viruses that have been kindly sent my way. ;-)

A few months ago I installed Panda Platinum virus protector and had all
kinds of email and internet problems. With the help of list members and
trial and error it was discovered that Zone Alarm was reacting with Panda. I
uninstalled Zone Alarm and that took care of most of the problems. I
uninstalled Panda and reinstalled and things are now fine. I liked Zone
Alarm. Do I dare try it again or should I try another kind? It was already
installed and had been for sometime when I installed Panda. I did not have
problems with the previous virus protector and Zone Alarm. I did clean out
the registry at that time. Linda Crawford
