If you are trying to Print a listing of files and directories that are in a
folder from Explorer......then I wrote this batch file to do this
dir %1/-p/a/o> "%temp%\File List"
notepad/p "%temp%\File List"
to use it .....copy it to the clipboard and paste it into NotePad and save
it as C:\windows\print listing.bat
then make a shortcut to it...select .....right click.....make shortcut
move the shortcut to your C:\windows\sendto folder
Select the shortcut in c:\windows\sendto and key F2 ........ change the
name to Print List...or whatever name suits you
highlight the shortcut ...right click....select properties.....select the
program Tab...
check the <Close on Exit> box....
under Run: use the spin box to select <Minimized>
By default it uses the MS DOS icon but you can push the Change Icon button
and select whatever Icon you wish
To use it just highlight a folder in explorer .....right click send
to......select Print List and the list will be sent to your default
printer.
enjoy
