For PCBUILD & PCSOFT, I use the command regarding subject line.

Move to a folder PCBUILD if Subject line says [PCBUILD]....

I am sure you could use this format in regards to not downloading the
messages too....But if you create a folder PCBUILD/PCSOFT (I did one for
each), it goes there and she doesnt have to look at it, you can view at your
convience....
