Hi Nancy
The easiest way I think is to hi-lite the section you want right click and
copy, then go to start, accessories, and word pad, when word pad opens right
click in blank message area and select paste. Leave word pad up and return
to news letter, left click a blank area to un-high-lite that area then, left
click and hi-lite your new selection, right click choose copy return to word
pad go to the bottom right corner of message area right click and choose
paste again
and the new selection will be added. Continue until you have all you want.
When complete just go to file and print or you can even save to a file you
create in documents etc...
Good luck hope it helps Gary Aguiar

Subject: [PCSOFT] Printing question
How do I highlight and print more than one portion of a newsletter and
print it out all on one page. I can do this for one segment such as a tip
from the computer lady but I can't figure out how to do more than one and
have it all on a single page.
