I so appreciate your help and rely on your solving many previous computer glitches.
Word will not send a document.
I get the note at the top of the document "saying your document has been sent" but have sent it to myself as a test, and it was not received.  I can copy and paste it into an email and I do receive it but the periods or quote marks are encoded with strange lettering particularly in financial columns...like an A or E in script font. 
Hoping for some guidance in solving this dilemna.
