Hello Joe and PCSOFT List members,
Problem Solved. The problem was in the Settings of the Dialler. In
Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Dialup Settings/Settings/Proxy Server was
checked. Whereas it should be unchecked. I did so and is now working
perfectly. Thanks to all who responded with advice.
