Olushola,

I don't think what you are asking is feasible. Based on my limited
knowledge, I think this would involve a specialized program to modify the
Windows sound scheme or one for Outlook Express specifically designed for
that purpose. I'm not aware of any such program.

You are probably aware that the Windows default sound scheme has a New Mail
Notification option, but it applies to all new mail. Creating a folder for
this contact and creating a mail rule (Tools \ Message Rules \ Mail...) to
have this person's mail go directly to his folder would provide a form of
notification by the unread message indicator of a number in parenthesis in
blue and the folder name in bold type. Beyond this, I don't have a solution.
Perhaps you will get input from others on the list.
