I also had that problem, I cleaned my computer of clutter I did not need, ran all my cleaning tools then ran scan
disk and defragged. That has been 4 months ago. I have had no problem since. BUT I am holding my breath  it want
start again. I understand the patch makes matters wrose rather than help.
