Thanks a lot.  I went to Dr Delete today, but I am not sure about whether I
downloaded anything that will help.  No, my ISP is passing the buck, I'm
afraid.  And, yes, I need to hook up with another ISP, but also get rid of
the annoying e-mails that continue unabated.  Thanks, all, for being of
