I am having problems with my mouse.
Is there a setting somewhere that would set/prevent my left mouse button
from "click and drag"??  I can kind of do this by double clicking and
holding down the shift key and going to another word and double
clicking...this obviously is not click and drag!!!

I have tweak and more properties...so I'm wondering if this is where I could
be where the problem may lie.
