I guess you opted for the 'Ignore' option, then, seeing as you can't get rid
of it?  Have you checked the Norton website (Symantec) for more info, or
done a Google search for bvt.exe?
I would think it would be located in your Temporary Internet files.  Someone
else might like to comment here.
