Sorry, I should have read more closely.
Here was part of the response to my time /? command :
"If Command Extensions are enabled the TIME command supports
the /T switch which tells the command to just output the
current time, without prompting for a new time."
I am running under Win NT 4.0. I have no idea how the Command Extensions
were enabled or when they'd be applicable.
