I have used a program called "Bookmark Converter"
http://www.abc.se/~m9761/bm_conv to do this...
I only used it a couple of times, mostly to put my IE favorites
into Netscape bookmarks, but it did that reasonably well. You are
supposed to be able to set it up to Synchronize bookmarks /
favorites automatically on system boot, as well.
