Jim, Have you by any chance been playing with 98 SE's Internet Connection
Sharing? The couple of times I tried it, I had pretty much the same problems
as yourself. Uninstalled it, and everything went back to normal. Guess I'll
stick with Wingate until I can do some more research on ICS.
