This is bad news! Your message indicates that I now need to FIX my XP
install! I did a search on MS knowledge base and found references to bad
TCP/IP stacks that can cause this. My search was not very diligent,
though and I may do some more research. Maybe I will just leave it alone
and tell my wife that I need a faster computer! A good excuse to
upgrade, no?
Keep us posted if you should find a solution, and I will do likewise.
