This is a really simple fix...a control-alt command or something?  I've
lost my menu bars in IE 6.0 (File Edit View Favorites..., Back button,
Home button, etc
Address, links, etc.)  What I have for my window is just a window with
NO Menu or Toolbar items whatsoever.  Is there a simple way out of this?

I'm using XP, and my wife's settings are fine...just my IE.
