If it switches that fast, then there won't be much to see.
If your interest is mainly in "how'd they do that?"
It is done using an HTTP META-EQUIValent tag in the HEAD
section of the web page. Like so:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" Duration = " 6" CONTENT = "two.htm">
Duration is actually the time delay before switching and is measured in
seconds.
Content is the URL of Page B.
