Hello George,

You haven't mentioned which version of Netscape you are using, however,
there are some instructions for displaying Chinese characters in Netscape
at these sites:

http://www.grinnell.edu/helpdesk/faq/netscape/chinese.html

I believe there are also various shareware programs around for handling
Chinese, but the Netscape procedure is free.
