Subject: OUTLOOK PROBLEM


Outlook problem

Suddenly yesterday my Outlook screen began, when clicking to read a message,
etc. to just "hang" the hourglass.  I tried to reach Microsoft only to find
a wait of 1 1/2 hrs. in the afternoon and later 1 hr. 20 minutes.  I seem to
be able to "get in" and use this by going to a safe mode thru
"run"..........can anyone solve this problem for me.
