First of all you don't need to go on line to remove problem files. Many
programs can manage and eliminate these files. There are many shareware
and freeware programs that do this (also some pay programs that are very
good.) I suggest "Tweak Now Power Pack" or "Window Washer" which cost
dollars. You can find them on line by searching for their names with
Google, etc.. or to find a free program search for keywords like "free
cookie cleanup", etc..
