A lot would depend on how you "lost" it.

If you created a new profile with the same name,
then it is gone.  File recovery software won't help.
(A sector editor, __might__ let  you "see" some of
the data, so that you can manually recreate it.)

If you deleted the folder by mistake, then it might
be in the recycle bin.

If you unintentionally moved it, START -- FIND--
FILES or FOLDERS may show you where it went.

We could give you a more definitive answer
if you could give us more details about what happened.
