Dear Group:  I am developing a FrontPage web that does not load in Netscape Communicator like it does in MSIE.  I am mostly interested in two aspects:

1.    What encoding needs to be placed on pages that open in a new window (i.e. how do I get them to open up smaller in Netscape like they do in MSIE . . . so they appear to float over the website)

and

2.    How do I make the backgrounds which are watermarks in MSIE work as watermarks in Netscape.

TIA for any assistance you can offer.  I've got to do some HTML study.
