You haven't given enough info to identify the problem.
In general, it means that either Windows or your CD drive can't interpret
or action a command which the software is sending. But that's too vague to
be useful.
That could mean you're using the wrong program for your system. Or for what
you are trying to do.
If you could indicate what sort of CD's you are trying to burn, what
program and version you're using, details about your system (which OS?),
did it ever work before for this type of CD? and whether you can burn other
CD's with that software, then maybe someone can assist.
The more info you supply, the better are your chances of a meaningful answer.
Try typing the error message in quotes + the name of the software into
Google, ----you're bound to get 100's of hits, you might find some which
best fit your situation.
