In this area, the charge of $39.95, (even though it does not break down on the
bill), includes the rental of the modem. ($7~~)
This also includes a hidden discount for being a cable TV customer. ($10~~)
I am positive you "might" remember (grin) if you paid $300 for the modem.
(Their figure, not mine...)
You may be in for a shock if you don't return it...
I have a friend who just went through a rough "first month" on cable...
With cable companies offering a "bring your own modem"
plan, you should be able to sell it, IF it is yours!
