  I believe you can probably get regular antivirus products to *scan* files
on a CD-ROM for viruses.  What they won't do is *disinfect* the CD-ROM files,
because that would require the ability to WRITE to the disk.
  It's possible that you have something else in mind, and I've misunderstood
the question.  Can you elaborate a little?
