I'm running Win98Se and Internet Explore 5.5. I notice an Icon on the
Toolbar named 'Discuss' that apparently leads to 'Discussion Groups'. It
seems to require a 'Discussion Server' to be set up but I can't find any
information in the help file. What is a discussion server and where do you
get one. Are they similar to newsgroup servers and are they free. Does any
have any experience with this.

Thanks.
