Yes, Rick, it is Windows 98se.
The only thing that was already installed that hasn't worked so far is MSN
Messenger. I've tried to repair it; remove and re-install it; re-install it
without removing it. Nothing has worked so far.
In addition, I downloaded one of the pop-up-ad blocker utilities, but
couldn't install it because of outdated files. It didn't give me an option
of fixing those files. :-(
