I don't know if they ever made any formal announcements, but Netscape has
never offered any support for the free versions of their products. There
are support contracts which you can purchase and ( I presume) those have
instructions on how to contact Netscape. Without a contract, I think you
are fighting a losing battle.
You might try sending mail to [log in to unmask] or maybe
[log in to unmask] I don't know if either of those addresses are
valid.... just an educated guess. <grin>
If you want a WILD guess <bigger grin>, then try [log in to unmask] -- AOL is
the parent company now......
