Good afternoon Susan

I updated my software about 2pm (eastern) today and had no
problems at all.   If you continue having problems with the
live/auto update feature you may want to visit their site to
manually download the update.  You should be able to find the
file here
http://support.cai.com/Download/virussig.html#inoc60
