Re: Microsoft Office 2003. When I open a new word document, the cursor is flashing right at the very top of the page. I have the page on "Print Layout" view and the margins are as the normal default. (i.e. the top margin is 2.54 cm). If I view the document on Print Preview then the margins are correctly shown, but when I am typing in Print Layout view it appears as if the text starts at the very top of the page, without a margin.

I have tried deleting the normal.dot template and re-booting the computer, but I still have the same problem.

This is an irritating problem more than anything!
