That happens with Win 9x/Me on occasion, and can even happen less frequently with Win 2k/XP. I have had the OS freeze up and had to restart with the power button. If it happens only once in a while, it is not unusual. If it happens several times in a single session you may be at a point where you'll need to reinstall your OS, either over itself, or a clean fresh install. If this started after a recent software or hardware install, you might want to uninstall whatever that was.Does it only happen while using OE? If so, you might need to repair or reinstall OE.
