Every so often (couple of months?) the time clock on my computer loses exactly
an hour. I use Win'98SE and have my time Zone set for Eastern time. I
have reset the time a couple of times but that only seems to last for a
month or two until it mysteriously drops back an hour.
Any thoughts on what may be causing the changes? And how to avoid it from happening again?
