Hi all!  I recently discovered problems with some permissions on a
win2kPro PC.  I have admin privileges on this machine (not part of a
domain) and can "manage" it; change permissions, etc.  I've checked
both local policies; effective and local settings match and seems okay.
Yet, I can't uninstall applications via CP ADD/REMOVE, nor change
display settings.  What am I overlooking?  BTW, when I do attempt to
remove app or change display, the error popup ("the operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect.......") appears twice each time.
