Hello list,

A few months ago a notebook that I purchased with an exended warranty
went bad. The warranty was owned by CompUSA. (Notebook purchased at
Incredible Universe, when they closed warranty went to Computer City, when
they were purchased by CompUSA warranty went to them).

The notebook P120, 24MB RAM, External Floppy, 830MB HD was replaced with a
Celeron 300, 4.3MB HD, 32 MB RAM CompUSA Amerinote. (Turned out to be a
pretty good deal for me).

The old notebook ran NT Server fine. I am unsure of it running on the new
notebook. Has anyone ever loaded NT onto something similiar? I am
thinking that they don't make their own notebooks, so they are probably the
same as someone elses. I need Server on it for 3 reasons. a. No more room
in my apartment for another noisy desktop. b. So when I teach classes, I
can hook it up to the overhead. c. So when I do my classes, I can do the
labs in a controlled environment (the notebook goes home with me at night).

If anyone has any tips/suggestions I would appreciate them.

-Rob
