I have a PIII 500mz running W98.  Lately when the print window opens the text does not appear, only the buttons.  I went to System Tools to check what device may be malfunctioning and got the message Cannot Display Information.  The component which displays this information is not present or is not functioning on this machine.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to correct this.  Thank you in advance.  You have helped me many times before.
