Gloria,
I wouldn't run it. Probably a virus. Sounds like a bit of bragging from the
virus creator ["500K already infected"]. Run only if you know for a fact
that it is from Microsoft. Also Microsoft file titles are name specific as
to what they are patching, not "patch.exe."
