Running XP, When trying to get to certain programs (like My Computer) I get the Windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down error.  The info on the error is this.  Error Signature App Name: explorer.exe, App Ver: 6.0.2600.0, Mod Name: helper101.dll, Mod Ver:0.0.0.0 offset 000710f1.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
