      If your search your system, I believe you will find that
the command xcopy is one tenth the size of xcopy32.
This is one of those little "re-direct" commands that
automatically forwards your request to the proper xcopy file...
If you look around in windows, you will find others that are
like that.
     On the other hand, if you are set to dual boot, and/or
have an odd path statement, you might wind up using the
wrong one from the dos directory...  If windows is working
from/in its' own default directory at the time, all should go well.
