Bill, I have gone through some interesting installs and uninstalls with
NSW 2003, almost to the point where I would not recommend NSW2003! To
solve my problem I had to format and install XP again.

Anyway, Symantec offers this page and two others for uninstalling NSW.
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/nsw.nsf/docid/2001072709142207
From this page you can go to SYMClean (which I did not use because it
was not available then) and from there you can go to Rnav2003.exe which
I did use but it did not solve my problem.

Good luck.

The manual removal is really convoluted, tedious, etc. Anyone know an easier way? Dell Dimension L800C, 40 Gig, 256 Meg, Win ME. Thanks, Bill
