I must of missed a previous message because I have no idea what your
problem is, but if you keep getting different problems every time you
reinstall your OS, maybe its a hardware problem.  You make mention of some
networking items so maybe a bad modem.  If other things are corrupted too
then maybe bad memory or incorrect BIOS settings.

I know this isn't much help but maybe I can trigger a thought that leads
you to a solution.
