A customer called complaining about his system acting weird lately. Said
when he uses his browser to get to the Internet from Desktop, his screen
blanks out and replaced with a yellow screen. Also, he described his cursor
dropping down to the bottom of screen when this happens. He has to shutdown
to get out of the yellow screen. Intermittently, he would be successful in
getting to the internet after about 3 times or more of trying. I do not
know for sure if this is a virus, as I told him it is, but he said his NAV
live update for virus definition is current. Has anyone out there had any
experience like this with XP before? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
TIA !
