Yes - you probably have a virus.
No - you did not get it from a jpg, jpeg, gif, or any other image
file.
There are only three ways to get a virus:
1. Activate an infected executable (exe) file.
2. Activate an infected command (com) file.
3. Open a data file that has an automatically executed macro
(which contains destructive commands.)
