I use Windows 98SE and run a USB printer and scanner with no problems...
well no more than before I got the usb card.
You don't need Millenium to run USB if your camera doesnt require it.
Also windows millenium is actually an upgrade of win98, I installed it
and it caused some problems so I removed it pronto and went back to
win98.
