I received 3 emails from my grand daughter, which supposedly are photographs
of her "Formal".
 
When I try to open them in Microsoft Outlook the computer "Freezes" and I h
then have to click the red cross "close" in the top right hand corner of the
screen quite a number of times before M/O closes down.
Then I have to re-open M/O to read the other emails I may have received.
 
Therefore I have found that I must not allow the cursor to get anywhere near
to any of those 3 emails.
 
This has been the case since early in December when she originally sent me
the emails.
 
I cannot delete, forward, save or do anything else with these 3 emails and
it is of course quite annoying.
