Siva,

You need to turn on the AUTO INSERT NOTIFICATION feature of your CD.
RIGHT-click MY COMPUTER.
Select PROPERTIES.
Click DEVICE MANAGER
Click the plus sign next to the CD ROM
Now double click the CD that was hidden.
Click the SETTINGS tab.
And turn on the AUTO INSERT NOTIFICATION checkbox.
Start clicking OK buttons until you are all the way out.

You may need to reboot before it works.
