For Blue Light, check the following file.
C:\Program_Files\Spinway\Bluelight.com\<your username>.txt
For NetZero, download the Speedy Assistant, and search for password problems.
You may have a problem with logging on to Windows (it does not know
who you are), or you may have mutiple password list files in Windows.
I am not sure where these ** Proprietary ** services store their passwords.
Last I heard, the BlueLight should be easy to fix. With NetZero I'm not so sure.
