You Answered -

Open the folder in question click EDIT---SELECT ALL----- then click  FILE
then
DELETE. you will keep getting a pop up saying "such & such is a cookie are
you
sure you want to delete this?" click yes, you will get one pop up for each
cookie just keep your finger on the mouse button and click away

THE PROBLEM IS:
I can click all day and they do not delete, I've tried moving them and they
won't move.  I've tried everything that everyone can think of and there are
26 cookies in the Windows\Temporary Internet Files folder that no matter
what I do they are still there.  Any other suggestions???
